3 Quick Pneu Questions.

I was just pulling apart one of my older intelli pneu frames to see what parts I might be able to reuse for another project.

Question 1: Is it normal to have air come out of the "red circled" hole on the msv-2 when the lever is half pulled?
Question 2: Is there any reason to have a bleed valve off the ram? I have not seen it in any other mod ever done.
Question 3: Does anyone know where I can get a full kit like Mag79 sells? I'm looking for new parts for a build, I don't want to use any of these or my other ones.
