emag, RT, X valve velocity question

is there a way to get either 3 up to 500fps?

if so please clue me in,
the max I can get my xvalve up to is 350-360fps, and that is with the velocity screw all the way in, on compressed air.
tank is outputting to the marker is 950psi, if I get a higher input pressure will I get up to 500fps

    thankyou in advance.

      Install the level 7 bolt.
      Use the shortest gold spring.
Use a nonvented barrel at about 11" in length.
Install a washer/spacer in the velocity adjuster to put more pressure on the spring pack if the velocity adjuster is bottoming out before velocity is reached.

Even then, I'm not sure the regulator piston assembly safety release will allow enough pressure to reach the velocity of 500fps.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

The level 10 bolt will work, but you will need a lot more pressure to achieve your higher velocity. The level 7 bolt will reach a higher velocity at a lower chamber pressure. Since the valve may have limited pressure setting due to not being able to compress the spring pack enough, or because the safety release pressure may be too low, the level 7 bolt may work where the level 10 bolt may not.

What's the velocity of the FN303? That would be a good start.

              it says 280 ft/s
but it felt a lot harder when I got shot by it.

              that's why im kinda baffled

ive got it up to 400fps/ no paint breakage on lvl 10
but I ran out of air and my tank isn't shimmed to output 1100 psi, and I don't know where my efin shims are.

Take the reg piston apart and install a stiffer spring
To prevent venting? I take mine apart using collet chucks
I use on my CNC...works great. I usually just clean
Them out and then flip the sealing washer to prevent leaks.
