Ummm, why would you need to mill a slug rail to a classic. Why can't you use a stock rail?

I have a classic rail for cheap, that will save you money on milling.
but if you are looking to get a classic style rail that is RTP length then I can see where you are coming from.

Isnt Luke doing a run of this exact thing? It is slightly different I think in that he isn't milling the under cut or whatever since no one uses those anymore. Otherwise I would imagine you are SOL since the cost of a one off would be stupid expensive. I'm sure if you throw enough money at it, someone would take it up. Which is usually the problem. We all want custom on-off crap but when we realize it will be lots of $$$$$ we all make do.

Weren't classic rails extruded? Maybe there's a length of extrusion out there that can just be milled.

I think the point is, he already has a slug rail and simply wants someone to mill it to the exact profile of a stock rail, just longer. Maybe contact XMagTerror and see if he can try to do it. My guess is, someone would have to do some fairly extensive cad or what and its not worth it for a one off.
