I know this has been asked before but what is the best way to clean the bolt face before installing a new foamie and what is the best glue?
super glue came off on the 3rd or 4th shot.

Probably the best way to clean the bolt face would to be with rubbing alcohol. -
Isopropyl alcohol, or scetone should work. I would use a scotch bite pad too to get the chunks off.Comment

I thought I read once that the alcohols like rubbing sometimes have talc in them which can cause issues and leave a residue. I always use denatured alcohol when cleaning parts.Comment
