please help, mag problem

hi,
I recently bought a classic mag and have a problem with it. It seems that when I put the nitro tank in, I can hear the sound it makes when the air goes through, but the trigger still stays as it would with no air. It never tightens and goes into the ready position. Im getting really fusterated and if I can have any help, please respond, id rather talk via aim my name is pipptone10 so if you can help, please respond.
