    Persistent Emag Problems, Please HELP!!!

    Hello all.
I have had some problems with my Emag...

The gun shoots fine in the semi-auto mode for all three settings (M, E, H). I do not shoot 6-shot bursts except for demonstration purposes. But there are no problems.
The 3-shot burst (in all three settings) causes problems. The first burst is fine. The first shot of the second burst is fine. Then a "phhht" sound comes out. Touch your bottom lip with your top row of teeth and blow out. Anyway, the second shot literally rolls out. And then the third shot "shotguns" out the end of the barrel or explodes in my powerfeed. This will repeat unless I do a very very thorough cleaning. If it is not cleaned well enough, nothing happens - the trigger clicks, but no bolt movement, no gassing sounds, etc...

I have talked to numerous people about this - AGD techs at tournaments, AGD tech support, field owners, even other Emag owners. Nobody has been able to give a good solution. I have sent my gun in for "repairs". I've had everything replaced at one time or another. Nothing has helped. I have been told to look for low flow? That seemed unlikely due to the specific settings in which the gun acts up.

Here is the specs of my setup for anybody who can help:
    1. Emag, Warp Feed left
    2. 114ci 4500psi adjustable N2 - I am sure the input pressure is 800psi - tank has been tested and tried
    3. 12V revolution
    4. all internals are stock
    5. braided hose - NOT micro/macro line

Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you have any solutions. Thank you!!!

Sounds as if it could be an on/off pin /quad o-ring problem.

First check the black quad o-ring for any damage.

My guess is your on/off pin is of improper length.

If not, there may be some whacky problem with your circut board that causes it to short stroke the solnoid.
Did you hear about the new european weapons contracts? France is going to make the wooden sticks Spain making the little white flags

      Thanks, man.
I've sent my gun into AGD twice. It seems that I've had everything replaced at one time or another.
But, really, thanks for the input.
      Anybody else?

No, I probably don't need burst.
But, I did pay for a marker that is supposed to be able to shoot bursts, so I want it to.

If you've sent it in to AGD, they should have given you a Repair Ticket listing what repairs they made. Tell me what parts they've replaced already and we'll go from there.

              Hello all.
This is what was replaced when my Emag was sent in to AGD:
              safety assembly
              on/off assembly o-rings & pin
              rail assembly
              bolt & spring & sear
reg valve pin assembly o-rings & seat
              piston o-ring

              Thanks all.

If it only does this in 3-shot burst mode, I'd venture to say it's a software related problem...

I neglected to mention that the board is V1.37
I don't know the significance of that, however...
I have a talk with AGD...
