Specs For Drilling/Tapping for Detent

What size hole and what size/thread tapper? Thanks.

Honestly, never needed a second detent hole, & even if done properly, the 2nd detent bole can also lend to problems. Try to avoid it if you can.

Interested as well, but more for making my own CheckIt or System X style detent.

Really... I see. Thanks for the heads up. Well, I guess I never really needed it either, except to soothe my obsession with symmetry :)
