    i have an old classic mag and do i need anything for nitro

    I bought mine used, and its serial # is cf37830(if anyone could tell me how old it is would help) do i need anything for nitro because i borrowed a nitro and my volocity wasn't the most consistent but it could have been other things.

    You need to replace all the O-rings in side the valve, because you were running Co2 (i assume) they would have expanded, which is a problem when running air. Just get a o-ring kit and replace any o-ring you can find. That should solve your inconsitancy problem.

      you are ready to go for nitro (a preset screw in) but if you don't have this stuff already it is nice
      1. a parts kit (as mentioned it will help with consistency)
      2. a drop forward
      3. QD fitting at valve and SS braided
      Z-griped, warped, retromag with super bolt, and warpleft polished body, freak kit and flatline 3k

            mine is cf357**. it was baught in may of 97. hope that helped.

              A parts kit will not help with consistancy. The only thing in a parts kit that has to do with consistancy is the reg seat, which can be purchased seperatly if you really want one.
