Struggling to build my first mag

I have two z-grips, one that is original and un-modded, and one that looks like it was milled by Luke.

I also have a brand new xvalve with level 10 that I bought directly from AGD.

Is it possible to order a Tac One or a RT ULE Custom, without a grip and xvalve, and just use one of my zgrips and the xvalve I already have, and have a finished marker that works?

If not, what are all the small parts I would need if I find a decent, compatible body and rail?

you would need a frame screw and field strip screw, but yeah, if you got a marker sans valve and frame you should be good to go.
