Mags do not always come from the factory in perfect condition

Just so that we dont elevate the Automag to a godlike status. My brand new RT PRO came from the factory NOT working correctly. The on/off valve was a hair too short which made it double or triple fire not matter what you did. AGD said they new about the problem, had me a new on/off valve in 3 days flat and the problem was solved. But you gotta hand it to em, who else has that kind of custmr support. Mag owner for life just cause of the tech support.

I will have a mag forever, but not just for the tech support, also the customer service, and that the mag is a very reliable marker.

Whenever something is mass produced... it happens. What is notable is how the company takes care of you when it does.

Even a Lexus/Mercedes/Jaguar might have squeeky brakes out of the factory ya know...
