So a bit late down the line, but I managed to solve things.
The ULT was rocking LX shims. The fine folks at AGD sent me some ULT Shims since I didn't have any. Also, the On/Off pin in the ULT was loose so it kept separating. Don't know if it would cause problems, but better safe than sorry so I threw a tiny dab of Locktite on it and fitted it back together. With the new Shims in and the pin firmly attached, I gave the field strip screw a nice turn with an allen wrench, adjusted the sear rod a bit and BAM! My mag is singing once again.
