    U2T Board - manual available?

I got this little board the other day. From what I can tell it is a "U2T Board" (as it is also stated/printed directly on it).
I am able to get it firing and it works fine but I haven't been able to get it into a programming mode (I assume it has one?) and since the only way to read what it is telling me is via its hooked up LED I am in relatively desperate need to find a manual for it. I've had mini-morlocks and they were quite easy to deal with but this one I can't quite figure out...

So: anybody know what board this is and where I can get a manual for it?

Thanks in advance for any help!

*EDIT* just got some help from a friend through Facebook whom I sent the same picture. It's a universal T-Board (open bolt version)
This is where the manual is...

Contact p8ntbal4me. I think he did something with those boards a few years back.

it seems I have the "Universal T-Board Manual (1 Button, Open Bolt)" one
I'l tinker with it and will confirm once I am sure, for completeness' sake
