    Could this be done???

Could you remove your reg seat and reg pin (i think is what it is called) so it doesnt regulate the air. Then buy an air tank like the max flo with an adjustable reg on it and run it into the gun and lower the pressure to like 350 or 400 so it runs the same as the A.I.R valve. So what you are really doing is removing the regulating part in the gun and instead using your tank to regulate the air. Could that be done and could it work good???

It has been done, by many people. It is only really beneficial if you run CO2 the mag reg is a very good reg for HPA. I would see no benefit in using just your tank reg.
Did you hear about the new european weapons contracts? France is going to make the wooden sticks Spain making the little white flags

No, lilthug, a retro operates differently and you cannot do this. With the Air valve, however, you can.

I know that the automag adjusts its fps, by regulating the air pressure. What i want to do is take out the parts in the automag reg. and use an aftermarket reg to adjust the fps. Could that be done???
