Broken bushing in frame! Help removing....

Not sure how this happened. Bought a project lot a while back n finally getting to putting together only to find this!!

How do I remove what's left of a broken bushing from frame?

There's a tiny bit sticking up byt not enough to use anything I have to get enough of a grip.

bend it in to the middle and grab it with needle nose pliers.

looks almost like someone cut off the portion that sticks out that goes into the rail.
probably thinking, " this thing is too long. and the cutter mangled it. who knows. just looks like they tried getting it out with their teeth.
