    pneumag troubles i guess

    no quad oring
    normal rt on off setup.
double fires when i pull one time or goes full auto when i hold trigger down with with a gold spring in.
with a red spring, gray spring or even a cut down gray spring bolt stick.
    whats this mean?
    any ideas on the fix?

its fixed, had to find my shortest , essentially weakest spring.
i know this shouldnt be the fix. but it worked.

unless im wrong and this is actually the fix.

How far is the ram from the sear leg when it's aired up?

I had it at 1/16" inch away and then also @1/8", now the ram is as far forward in the the frame as I can get an m86 frame, so im farther than 1/8" in now I would guess.

If the problem is persistent with different springs, then I doubt the spring is the problem.

Did you try adjusting the LPR? I've built a bunch of pneumags that can burst fire with RT on/offs, even with standard 850 psi output tanks. Even if you had it set up correctly before, it's possible the LPR crept out a little and hit some magical point where the piston pressure perfectly matches the RT strength.

If that's the problem, turning the LPR up a tiny bit should fix it.

oh ok good point. I didn't even think of that.

what about the sticking though with other springs?

You didn't mention sticking before. Can you explain more?

                sorry that was pretty unclear,
when i use the red, gray, or cut down red or gray springs i get bolt stick,
like the bolt flies to shoot then stays forward and leaks are. doesn't ever come back to reset on the sear.
