Are Z-grips comfortable?

To me, Z-grips don't look that comfortable. Tell me what you think of them.

.45 grips are very comfortable, if you shoot your paintball gun like you would shoot a Colt .45. When your arms are extended, the angle of a .45 grip is perfect. But, paintballers like to have their guns tucked in quite a bit more. When you put your gun closer, the angle of a .45 frame causes you to have to bend your wrist into uncomfortable positions. The z-grip eliminates this. When you have your gun by your head, your wrist stays straight. It is the most comfortable grip out there.
