Emag programming

Hi all I have been looking at some of the threads concerning flashing the Emag with the x mod software and I am trying to work out what programmer I need. I have seen the thread on here with links to the items required although this was some time ago now. I was hoping that could someone tell me it this item which is on eBay will do the job please?

Just send it here and it will be cheaper than if you had to buy the programmer and software.

Ok with that in mind is it better to just send the board (cheaper on shipping) or would you need the whole marker?
