Emag help please.

I got an Emag that is new to me. It is in very nice shape but will not boot up. I am wondering if I need a new board or if there is anything I can check before I drop money for a board which is fine but want to cover all my bases first. Thanks in advance. Oh and battery is new and was fully charged.
