RT Pro Foregrip mod to gas-through

Has anybody done (or currently doing the mod) of taking an RT Pro foregrip that doesn't have any gas-through capability and bore it out, adding in a port on the side for a fitting?

Foregrip is basically solid as far as I can tell and there's a bunch of meat to work with (from BigEvil himself).

I've done it before. You have to pay attention to the depth of the mounting screws. Other than that is is pretty straight forward.
