Leaks out the front and back

I just put a parts kit on a old AIR becuase of some leakage out the back.

Unfortunately after new o-rings and grease on the springs and new reg seat, I still got leakage out the back, and now i got leakage down the barrel when i hold the trigger.

Any one got some troubleshooting tips?

Your leaking down the barrel is a result of something in the on-off. Take is apart, make sure all the o-rings are in there, and that the parts are in correctly.
In the bottom should be 1 big o-ring with a teflon one inside it.
Ontop of that, is the on-off top, be sure that it is in the right way. If it is upside down it won't work.
Then is the on-off bottom, which should have a teflon o-ring in it, and a bigger one on the side of it. The pin should be in with the ball thing facing out, and the flat part facing into the valve.
Make sure its all there, and none of the rings are damaged.

As for out of the back, back out to velocity ajuster nut. If that doesn't work, check your piston o-ring, and make sure your reg seat isn't in backwards.

thanks for the hints, the reg seat is in correct, and if i leave the nut out, i can't get the velocity i need.

      Any other ideas?

What is the velocity you need?
If you have a barrel with alot of porting, and or is way to big, or way to small with your paint that could cause you to have to turn your nut up higher then everyone else to achieve the same velocity.
The mag has a saftey feature to keep it from shooting over around 350fps, and it can only shoot that fast when optimal barrel and paint conditions are met.
