cross threaded reg

i just bought a glad reg. and i tried putting on macroline fittings. but i put it in wrong and i crossed threaded it. i managed to get the old fitting off. but now when i try attaching a new fitting it goes in at an angle and leaks all over the place. does anyone know where i can have this re threaded or if agd can help me?

get a pipe tap. that should clean it up.

You will need to retap it, you can do it yourself if you find the right size. Otherwise you might be able to have a machine shop, or paintball store do it for you. After you rethread it, teflon or some loctite should keep it from leaking.
