Crossfire and PMI 68ci steel tanks... difference?

Would there be any practical difference between the Crossfire steel 68ci tank and the PMI 68ci steel tank? I doubt that one could be much lighter than the other, but are they shaped differently? And which regulator is better?

In other words, is the PMI worth the extra $10 (or so)?

They have different regs and the pmi is a flat bottom while the cross fire is stubby (rounded bottom)
