    Flatline On Off problem

My Flatline (68/3000) tank is screwed up. A friend filled it (I believe w/ the on/off set to off) from the LP/Gun nipple instead of the HP nipple...

Now the on/off doesn't work and the tank leaks air (won't hold any air).

Any suggestion on how to fix this short of sending back to AGD?

What do you mean the on/off doesn't work? Does it not turn or does it just leak in the off position. If you try to fill it and it leaks in the off position, the on/off o-ring and another o-ring in the system are broke. The on/off o-ring isn't simple to replace since it's seated a ways back in hole.

Somebody else on the forums had this same incident happen to them. It'd be best to send it to AGD and have them thoroughly inspect it. There could be other problems such as a blown piston blow-off valve that requires replacing the piston assembly. Just call AGD, get an RA and send it in.
