    Flatline burst disks

How many are there?.. there should be 2 right?.. one for high pressure and one for low??

I'm asking because I just got one used, and it only has one burst disk.. is this right?

Just one high pressure burst disk. The piston will blow off excessive pressure once it gets too high so that acts like a burst disk. The HP burst disk is 5K psi and it's all one unit.

Oh, so that part right above the high pressure burst disk is the piston?.. where it looks like something is missing there?

No, that's the on/off shaft. The piston goes into the front body of the regulator that unscrews from the rest of the reg. body. Read my Flatline Maintanence thread to see pics of the internals of the Flatline. It's a classic post in this forum.
