    Removing Anodizing

Can anyone point me in the direction of instructions to remove anodizing?

I've lost the 2 links that I did have

    TIA

I think muric acid mixed with water does the trick for removing anodizing. There are specific anodizing removers you can purchase.

        Try here.

Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Thanks for all the info guys -

BlackVCG, haven't got a bead blaster yet - but it's in the budget

I'm pretty sure oven cleaner will do quite well too.

Oven cleaner will work - but it's not as predictable as others
