Is there any way to contact AGD via e-mail, office hours conflict with work hours and I don't have a chance to call. Not only that, but paying for a call and then being put on hold is pretty unacceptable. I realize that most problems can be answered on this forum, but say if you want to send something back, you need an RMA, why not just e-mail it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Im pretty sure both addresses end up in the same place. Either way, the front office girls will probably be taking care of it at some point.
