I need help something fierce. I have sent my RT back to AGD 5 times and so far they have not been able to fix the problem. All my internals are new and the marker still goes fully automatic. I shot 2 cases through my marker and I had no problems(this is after the fifth time I sent it back). Next thing I know I go to a tourney and half way through my marker went fully auto again. Now the sear is worn very bad. I have done no aftermarket adds or changed anything about the marker. I also made sure the banjo bolt was tight. The marker is bone stock. The trigger pin is unchanged and the on off pin is fine.......Do you guys have any suggestions? Please Help......send me an email if you [email protected]

Well you said that the sear was worn really bad, that should give you at least one clue to whatthe problem might be. You might also try using an adjustable tank on it. I found that my RT Pro doesn't like 800psi, but loves getting between 700-750psi. Will still go reactive, but is more controlable. -

Hey guys.....the problem is that my sear and bolt keep wearing out because of the fully auto bounce. I am wanting to stop the super bouncy trigger. if your tank is adjustable, turn it down to about 700-750, if that dont work, sell it, and get a RT ProClassic RT - RT02667
Blade IntelliFrame

You dont have to sell it...
You could turn the input pressure down and/or get a longer on/off pin.

Measure the length of the on/off pin with dial calipers. It should be roughly .750 +/- .005". If it's not, you might be breaking off the end of the on/off pin when you take out the valve. This will make it shoot FA in most cases. Check to make sure your trigger rod is not touching the back of the trigger when gassed up. Do you have the repair invoices from your last 5 repairs? What does it say they replaced on those repairs?Comment

the bolt has been replaced three times. the sear 4 times, the complete valve assembly 1 time, chrome main body 1 time, basicaly the marker is all new except the rail, foregrip, and trigger grip. everything else has been replaced.GOOD TRADERS:SHERMINATOR,Warpfeedmod,ZBODY,MOSSMAN,dogE medic,alee@usma,LimpBizkit51389(not sure of his AO name but great trader. I think you have an issue of an improperly drilled sear pin hole. Call AGD one more time, tell them everything the gun has gone through and they should replace the rail for you. That's about the only way to get it fixed.Comment
