is the MROF on an emag adjustable like an angel has so that I could limit the ROF to 12 BPS instead of however many you could shoot. The reason I wonder is becuase I have seen some people run emags without a warp that just become absolute blenders once one ball breaks.

yup, upto 16bps in manual and 9bps in burst -
