how much will a new adapter and hose for my warp cost?

someone stole my adapter and hose off my warp feed so how much will a new adapter (the thing that connects the hose to the feed tube) cost. all i want is the plastic kind that comes with the agd warp feeds.also a new hose?

At AGD's online store, hose is 3bucks a foot.

the 90degree adapter is 7.50, but its out of stock.

the normal upper and lower feed adapters are 2bucks a piece.
