    A bad day for paintball

Ok, I played with my e-mag on electro for the first time today. The problem is that it kept breaking paint like every other ball. 2 other people there had e-mags and they were breaking paint just like i was. We were using different kinds of paint, but it was cold and windy outside. I think the guy who had the e-mag before me tampered with the sear, but I was breaking paint even on mechanical mode. And the last 2 times I played, I used mechanical mode and I never broke a ball. I think it might have been the weather, because all the other e-mags were messing up, but then I played with my minimag that has an RT valve on it and it was shooting fine. If it was the weather, wouldnt the same thing happen to my other mag as well? Somebody please help me out.

What bore size did you use on the the 2....was it the same barrel set up? Where you chopping or breaking, and if breaking, where at in the gun.....It sounds like you may have missmatched the bore size to the paint combined with the cold can be a bad idea.....

I was using the stock e-mag barrel with big ball paint. The cold must have something to do with it, because I have used the same paint with the same barrel before and it worked fine. Whats the difference between chopping and breaking paint?

Chopping is with the bolt trying to fire a half-fed ball. Breaking(aka barrel breaks) is when the balls break down the barrel So maybe your hopper wasn't turned on or something if it was chopping.

Well in that case it was ball breakage.

In the case of breakage, you should replace your nubbins just in case, and lots of breakage can be caused by shooting big paint threw little barrel.....same brand of paint has lots of variation in size...Read up on toms tips at the Airgun web site on the sizing...thats all that I con figure unless your bolt is actually breaking them.....I really like my super bolt right now...might keep it in mind
