2 finger frame and foam on end of bolt?

I've herd a lot about foamies on the end of the bolt? do you guys cut your own foam and stuff, if so how do you put it on bolt.. I'd hate to glue it.. and what kind of foam works best (pipe insulation/pakaging). Also, what 2 finger trigger frame do you think is the best for rt (old school) ..the intelliframe?
    Thanks once again,

The foamies sold by AGD are a natural rubber compound. They can be found at the following URL in the AGD online store:

The foamies are attached to the bolt's face using superglue. I am not
sure if foamies can be attached to every type of bolt made by AGD.
