    Please help me....

    My mag is

    series 7 automag
    stock internals except foamyless bolt.
    Benchmark trigger frame.
    all new o-rings.
HPA 48 ci pure energy (steel/aluminum?) year 2000

    symptons.

    1)duoble fires at random.
2)putters when trigger is pulled down and held..(is that supposede to happen)
def: putters: a puttering sound without the bolt moving
when I pull my internals out after all this, the on\off valve is pushed out = or <1mm.
3)leaks out the barrel after trigger pull

also none of this appears to be me short strokeing.

please I am in desperate need of help.
I have two of these both with the same problem and no other markers.

Put your stock trigger frame back on
I fthis fixes the probs (I think it might) then you are having tolerance problems with the Benchy so you will have to make some adjustments for it to comply.

Well, since you have already changed the o-rings (sputtering when holding the trigger usually indicates a bad on/off o-ring) check the trigger rod spacing. With the gun gassed up there should be about 1/16th of an inch between the back of the trigger and the trigger rod. Benchmark frames are not up to the same standards as AGD frames, therefore the tolerances may require a slight adjustment to compensate.

Did you use an AGD o-ring kit or an aftermarket kit? Use only AGD o-rings.

Try these first, then get back to us once these check out.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Might wanna try out a smaller power tube spacer. AGD sells 'em for $12 plus shipping.

I'm way too old for this ****.
