Ive been looking around for nitrogen tanks and i have some questions. My two options for psi output are from 800-850 and 400. Which one would be better for my minimag? And for anyone that has a minimag without a new barrel, How good are they and if you would get a new one what works best with mags?

Definitely the 800psi tank! The 400 are too low.
For the barrel question: Accuracy is always a matter of barrel to paint match; so find a good barrel for the paint you play often at your field. I made good experiances with my old DYE Alu ... great barrel!Greets Manuel
