Heres the list: RT with extended powerfeed, twelve volt revolution, All American barrel. This is absolutely the worst paint chopper that I have ever owned. Any brand of paint, any weather, cleaned spotless, new batteries, nubbin adjusted to proper depth, shooting slow, shooting fast, nothing seems to help! It will chop at least a dozen times in a half case of paint. Could the type of powerfeed it has be causing this problem? If so what do I do to get it fixed? My Mini-Mag goes through case after case with ZERO breaks! Why can't this RT do better?

You need to determine if it's a gun issue or a feeding issue. Have you tired taking the hopper off andd firing just a few balls at a time? Are you chopping or breaking? Load up the powerfeed and plink off a few shots slowly see what the gun does.
If the gun is chopping its generally a feed issue. The other other thing I can think of isthat your input pressure is too high causing rapid double firing. A guy at my field was chopping a ton of paint until we pointed out that his input pressure was set at around 950. It happened so fast he could'nt tell he was firing twice until he tried it a ball at a time while we watched.
If you're breaking down the barrel it could be your bolt or your nubbin. Do you have a foamy bolt? Plastic nubbins? If we can get a little more info we can track down the problem.

the same thing happened to me. the trigger rod on the sear was not out far enough so id double fired and then i would shortstroke and chop....newayz get some plyerz and unscrew the trigger rod a little longer and c if that works. also make sure ur screws are very tight that hold the grip frame and valve on to the p/f body. because if hey are loose they can cause some major chopping and short stroking too. both of these things happened to me, and a local tech did the things itold u to do and it cleared it right up. now my r/t shoots like a dreamMinimag F/S F/T --PICS--ChEcK iT oUt!

Do you have the parabolic power feed plug?
Its an ajustable powerfeed plug so you can set it an just the right leagth. That can help with chops. Also are you sure you are chopping, and not breaking in the barrel.
If their is paint in the p/f, and on the bolt it is chopping. If it is further up in the barrel then it is breaking in the barrel, and is a problem with the barrel itself.
