    AGD customer service

I recieved my micro E-mag about a week ago, and immediately i broke off the electro to manual switch. I was worried that since it's a micro, I'd have to deal with PTP to get it fixed. I called AGD anyways. They gave me an RA# and told me to ship it out. Well, I called yesterday to see if they had worked on it yet, and they said that it was just fixed yesterday. I told the tech that i had a tourney this weekend, and he said that he would send my gun to me Fed Ex air shipping at no extra charge. AGD also fixed my gun, send me a video, senty me a new manual, and sent me a new little yellow battery key all for no fee. The worked on my gun completely free. The only thing i payed for was shipping to them. Never in my life have i had customer service like this. My hats off to AGD and their staff. You guys are awesome.

I bought my Minimag used and I wanna send it for a checkup. It there any way to find out how much it will cost? Where might I find the stars, or find if it has a permanant warranty? Thanks. Also when I got it it was one half Automag (front half of the rear assembly. not sure what is called) and back half Minimag (regulator half of the rear assembly). Will they still fix it?

They'll still work on it, but it may cost you a little since the valve numbers on the two halves of the reg don't match up. Then again they may do it for free and use up a star. The best advice I can give you is to call AGD and see what they say.

Definitely call them first... You need to get an RMA before you send your gun in.

I called them and they said that cause the halves don't match the warranty is void. Oh well. Is there anyone that has the front half of the minimag assembly that they would sell me? It won't bring back the warranty, but I want it to match. Thanks.
