I just barely bought a Vigilante reg and a chrome Shocktech dropforward. It looks really sweet, but there is one problem. They are too long! The dropforward can be screwed on all the way cause it hits the regulator. Any suggestions? Oh and i'm using the carbon fiber trigger frame that comes stock with the mag. Will getting a 45 grip frame give me the few extra mm. I need? I also need to be able to screw off the cap on the bottom of the reg (the one you take off to adjust the pressure) without taking off the drop forward. Do you think putting some washers in between the dropforward and the trigger frame (causing it to hang lower) would work? Also what is the better electro frame? The Centerflag or the E-LCD (and why is one better than the other?). Thanks. Also what does the intelliframe do?

I use a Kapp foregrip extender. Moves my gas thru foregip out so any drop forward should fit.Comment

I've seen those, but I don't really like the look. I like the regulator up close. Is there anway to make the drop forward hang lower besides using washers? Like a shiny piece of metal designed for that? Is there such a thing?Go tell your mom.
