Front frame screw

The problem with the front frame screw is that it is made from regular steel, that for some odd reason, rusts very easily. So my question is: why make the front frame screw out of steel? Why not make it made of the same [anti-rust] stainless steel that the rest of the marker is made of?
I don't see a reason for this....

i would say prob cost and if u oil it every so often it wont rust
