    Long recharge timne on smart-mag

    i have a z-gripped, smartmag and it is not recharging very fast, anything over 4bps or so and it sputters,coughs and only shoots balls a few yards. can anyone help me out here?

        cheak your on/off is the pin upside down ,bad orings,or your on/off top is upside down (older brass on off) have you changed your orings?(was it doing it before you changed the orings),have you cleaned your valve???have you adjusted your trigger length?
        mine shoots fine at 8 balls a second(roughly)ant i dont ever get shootdown!as for trading your valve only do it to get a RT valve as a stock one will do no different then the one you have...(yes it recharges faster)ok this is just my rant sorry i dont mean to flame.

          im having the same prob so i took the blue bumper out and now it works fine is this safe or will it damage my gun or make anything diff?

            i got it to work, i put in a .220 spacer and i flipped the on/off top over so the bevelled side, not flat side is going in. it helpped. thanks alot for everyone's help
