Vert. Feed barrel question

I want to get a Dye boomstick for my VERTICAL feed minimag. Is there anyway i can put a regular mag barrel into a vertical feed mag. I was gonna order a vert feed boomstick, but they said it would take a while cause they don't make em anymore. Anyone familiar with this, please help. Thanks!

only way would be to either order a new one.... find a used one.... or if youhave the skillz and equipment modify one yourself (though not recomended)
