does the tiny pin on the clevis of the sear have a small snap ring on one end. if so mine is missing. it looks like there is a groove around one end where a snap ring should go. never noticed it until i dropped it today and was surveying for damage.

It's the sear pin that you're talking about. As long as it's evenly placed in the body rail there shoudl be no problems.

thanks but no its not the sear pin
im talking about. there is a tiny pin in the clevis that holds the trigger rod to the rest of the sear. i looked at the picture on the online store and it looks like there is no snap ring. if someone knows otherwise, please let me know.

The clevis IS the snap ring, there is not a seperate part. You're not missing anything.
