ok the date on my raptor is 12/99 does it need to be hydrod and how do i go about doing it

you are good to dec 1 this year. if you live in a coastal community find a dive shop and ask where they send their tanks. they may send it out for you. i paid 25 bucks. if no dive shop then a fire extinguisher service will do it. or pop into the fire dept and ask where they bring theirs ( they use fiber wrapped bottles for breathing).
