problem i discovered with my HALO

with the HALO and some elbows the ball stack can cause feed problems. i was using a aci elbow and the balls were jamming. i discovered if you dont put the elbow all the way down on the powerfeed tube the HALO will feed flawlessly.hope this helps someone.

sounds like a bad elbow. i sand down the inside corner of my elbow to the balls won't get caught up on the 45 degree turn in the elbow.

        the jam

they were jamming on the power feed plug. i have two different styles. both were jamming. it was like Halo had too much pressure on the balls.finally the thought came to me about ball stack with the warp feed so i twisted the halo about 1/2 an inch higher in the elbow and it fed flawlessly. i am sure if i try a few different elbows there is one that will work with it all seated down the way it is supposed to be.

You could also try the parabolic powerfeed plug... It has set screws to adjust how far in/out it is. It might help.
