Trigger/sear problem with RT

When i fire the gun half the time the trigger rod does not come back to rest behind the trigger like it does when first gassed up. It sits about half way back, then on the next shot it double fires and goes back to normal.

Any ideas what the problem is?

try oiling it real good

If that doesn't work, try replacing the powertube spacer with one that is one size longer. You might be getting slight bolt stick.

could it be the on off pin in any way? the thing looks like someone took a file to it, but i don't have dial calipers, so i can't measure it.

I had the same problem on sat when I was playing I had to call myself out because my trigger got stuck, the trigger rod just did not come back, then when I degassed it and gassed it up again it went back to normal.
