Bad welds on HiPolish Powerfeed RT pro Body?

The powerfeed on my RT Pro fell off today. I understand that it's probably a bad weld, but I'm wondering if AGD has any knowledge of this being a traceable problem. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I can post pictures if anyone is interested.

Hmm, what where you doing that it fell off?
I would recommend calling them, and seeing if they can weld it back for you, or have it send back to the shop where they get the work done to be rewelded.

As much as we hate to think of it, it could be a lemon in the production line. It's happened to the best manufacturers at least once, the question is how good is their customer support. AGD is known for having very good customer support, so call them and, if I were you, ask if they can just replace the whole body tube with a new one.

Oh yeah, sure they try to be nice, so just suck as much as you can out of them
Try calling, see what they say, you will probably get a new one, or they will fix it.

Here are some pictues, I couldn't get them clearer because the flash reflected too much, and the Autofocus doesn't like shiny things.

my teammate had that same problem too. he sent his marker in to AGD and all is well.

Those pictures are without the flash. The body is just to reflective to get a good shot close up. You should see the ones with the flash, they're all white.
