Differences between the 68 automag p/f and the minimag

Hey, I need some help... Is the 68 automag classic p/f the same as a Minimag Hopper Right Black Paintball Gun?? I know that the minimag looks cooler, but besides that is there anything different? Is one easier to upgrade than the other, what? Thanks for any help!

The only real dfference is that the Mini comes with a vertical adaptor. There might be a difference in the valve waranty but the valve it self is exactly the same. All upgrades will fit on one will fit on the other.

Thanks... I was wondering where I can find the stuff to get the p/f automag working... Like where can I get a vert adapter, foregrip or x-chamber, and anything else that I need to get one of these guns to work... Also what barrel would you prefer, do they make the bigshot for it, let me know... thanks.

the first thing i would get would be compressed air. you can get a crossfire 47 3000 for about 60-70. co2 will work but not as well and will require things such as an expansion chamber or regulator , and a remote or anti siphon tube for your co2 tank. just dont use an anti-siphon tube with a remote because then your sucking liquid co2 into the mags valve which they absolutely hate. also get a parts kit. barrel wise a freak system would my choice. a motorized loader helps a lot. as for where to buy things check out www.paintballgear.com . they have cheap prices and i've never had a problem with ordering from them as long as they have what you want in stock. and welcome to the mag family.

Well, I know NOTHING about mags but I heard they are great... Can you please link me to the exact page for what I would need to get the automag to function? That would be great and I would appreciate it greatly... And I'm kind of low on funds so can you tell me a barrel for around $50.00 thanks...

If you're referring to the Automag classic, then you will either need to run a remote straight to the valve, get a vert. adapter, get a bottomline, or get a backbottle kit. J&J barrels are nice and cheap too, about $40.
