SFL trigger removal?

I was wondering how to take the trigger in my sfl. Do i just tap the pin out or what? Reason I want to take it out is so I can shim the trigger. Thanks

Yes. Just get a drift pin and tap it out. Usually you want to hit it from the safety side of the frame but that's not always the case. The pin is knurled on one end so it will only go out if you hit it from the opposite end. If it's not moving after a few wacks on one side, try the other side. Just make sure to always recenter your pin before each hit and give good strong wacks on the pin. Shouldn't take too much force.
