best barrel??

hey again,
i know there are other palces where it might say this, but i have A REALLY SLOW comp, so i am wondering: What is the best barrel (brand name and type) that is between 10'' and 14''?

depends on what type(s) of paint you shoot.

for a variety a frak or CP kit would be nice.

what abut the J&J Ceramic? From what I've asked/heard, it truly DOES self-clean, and is considerably light. I have also found it to be low-priced on the net, $35 here. The only downside, i guess, is the color. But then again, if you have a standard gray body, it doesn't really matter.

paint is not an issue to me, i can get any paint, i just need to know what is a good barrel

BOA barrels are great. I picked a used one up for $20 and it shoots and looks great.
