Not sure about the valve itself, but you can get other parts, like the sear, and twist lock pin direct from AGD. I don't know of any place that sells stock valves, although i'm sure a few are out there. You could try the classified forums here, and pick up a used one.

Yeah try there, I never had the need to buy one, so i never really looked. I have just never stubled across one in my travels.
