Quik question about spyder valve.

    Quik question about spyder valve.

    I am stripping down my spyder and need to take out the valve. It is that part with the gold screw that holds it in and some weird thing. please help[.

      o lol forgot to post problem. Ya i just need to figure out how to take out the valve from someone who has done it b4. I don't need this answered ne more i am just keeping it up for someone in the future who needs it.

        take the grip frame off. then look for the pin above the brass screw that goes through the body of the gun. gently tap on either side of the pin to find which end has the grooves. once you've found the grooves, tap the opposite of the pin until it comes out. then remove the brass screw, and push it out towards the front of the gun.

          the pin going thru the body does not need to be removed. just take out the brass set screw and get a dowel rod (or something long enough to push out the valve from the back to the front of the gun.) and push that sucker out, some are kinda stiff.

            and don't use a screwdriver if you don't have doweling!!

            You'll scratch the valve and cause it to leak

            Use a stick squeege in a pinch
