    On/Off top

I have an older minimag that I bought used. I took the on/off valve apart to replace the o-rings, but which way does the on/off top go on? Does the side with the notches go up? It doesn't look much like the one in the manual's diagrams.

I believe the diagram on the bottom of the valve shows it going down. There is a newer on/off top that is available in the AGD store.

Thanks. It turns out that it was in the wrong way. That would explain my shoot-down problem. Thanks again!

Get the new on/off top. It will help.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

You don't need the new one. There is no increase in preformance, all it does is allow you to put it in either way. They made it because too many people were having problems when they put it in upside-down.
